As frustrating as it is to need your car repaired, it’s great to know that Innovative Auto will always do a great job and never pile on extra items unless they’re truly necessary. They’ve always done a great job for on all our cars. I’d highly recommend them to anyone

The car problems I have are always very complex. These guys always go the extra mile to make sure everything is resolved and working properly. These are the best mechanics.

I went to Innovative Auto on a recommendation, as I was new to the area. Kevin and the guys have been extremely helpful and informative and explained things as we went along. I also can say that they listen to their customers. (Women take note. This does not happen every day.) When we did my oil change, Kevin even suggested someone who might be a bit cheaper. Why would I take my car somewhere else with unfamiliar people to save a few bucks when my car and I have been so well treated at Innovative. I have also taked to a few guy guy friends in other states along the way about pricing. Not once have I been told that I paid too much or got robbed. They have always confirmed that I got fair or reasonable pricing. I have always felt like I was treated as if I was their only customer. I have told everyone I meet about the wonderful service there. They have gone above and beyond. I VERY highly recommend them, and will continue to take my auto care needs to them.

Kevin is definitely related to Chuck Norris... I took my car to Innovative Automotive because it was acting up. The car started acting right after Kevin went knuckle to knuckle with it. To make sure my car runs right for now on, I keep a picture of Kevin under the hood so it will be too afraid to mess up again.
