Kevin and his guys are incredible. Great communicators… They get the work done… Always honest and straightforward. I live 300 miles away, but I still come up here just to get my work done on my cars

It's always hard to find a mechanic you can count on. I was blown away by the team at this shop. In late April 2025, I came in after other places couldn’t nail down my issue. Kevin took the time to really listen and expertly pinpoint what was going on. His care and knowledge turned a frustrating problem into a solution. If you want someone who knows their stuff and treats you with respect, ask for Kevin. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this shop!

After dealing with a frustrating situation from another shop’s repair, Kevin was incredibly patient, kind, and professional every step of the way. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, what needed to be fixed, and why—without any pressure. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers fairly. Highly recommend Kevin and Innovative if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, transparent, and reliable.

Kevin, and his team do a great job, If you have a weird problem, He finds it and fixes it, His prices are great and it dose not break my pocket book. I have been using him for years both with Personnel and business. He Listens and gives you several options, why would you take your any where else

This place is one of few auto repair locations I can without question refer to family, friends, or businesses to maintain and repair their vehicles. Kevin and staff are top notch with diagnosing issues, and the level of integrity is unmatched. For example, on occasion we've been in a hurry and needed an oil change and didn't get it here. And, we have been given the usual list of things that they say needs to be done. I have found that if I take that list to Innovative Auto, and they'll do their inspection and rule out most items. And, if it does need to be repaired, they'll ensure that I can see that it indeed is a needed repair or maintenance issue. I've saved thousands in repair costs coming to innovative auto. I can't recommend them high enough. I'd give 6 stars if there was a bonus star allowed. For context, I've had 8 different personal vehicles repaired here, as well as dozens of our business vehicles. This is the place you confidently send your mom or sister to get their vehicle serviced and know they'll be treated fairly, and they won't get taken advantage of. I didn't even get to mention the quality of work either. They know what they're doing, and they do it right. Truly can't recommend Innovative Auto enough.

I <3 Innovative Auto & I <3 Kevin!!! The boys here are so kind and oh so cute! Every single one! They treat my vehicle like I would treat her. (Respectfully, Like the beautiful lady she is.) The prices are fair, they take care of my vehicle, the trust is there, communication is 10/10, & so is the customer service! I will forever return to Innovative Auto for all the car care I cannot take care of myself. I’m so happy with the services they provided for me and my beautiful car! I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for some grade A car care!

They got us in on relatively short notice and addressed my concerns with our 2005 Honda within a day. Very grateful for their promptness! The car definitely runs smoother now

Kevin and his team are very professional and down to earth as well. He was able to diagnose and recommend the best course of action for my vehicles needs. I took the car to him after getting an unsatisfactory diagnostic from another place. He was quick to respond, very methodical and effective as he went about the diagnosis, and explained in depth to me why the car had the issue it had and it made perfect sense. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks again for the great service!!
